Strange occlusion

My orthodontist, while attempting to upright a lower wisdom tooth, made the first molar to be tilted as well. Result: no uprighting of the wisdom tooth, but tilting of the first molar instead. The second molar is obviously missing.

He is now trying extrusion of upper molars to compensate the tilted lower right molar. Is this solution by any means acceptable?

Besides, a similar situation already occurred. Two lower teeth were pushed too far forward from the line of occlusion. The bite is not leveled: higher on right side, lower on the left side. Makes some kind of wave.
