What kind of toothpaste do you use for braces

Is there any special toothpaste you use for braces? Are you still using the one you used before?

Yes, I still use the same as before but you have to change toothbrush, I got it from my orthodontist, they just gave it to me, they probably will do that with you too.

It's best to contact your ortho. Your orthodontist can help you select a toothpaste or toothbrush that can safely and effectively clean your teeth and braces. You may also need to use a special brush that can fit between your teeth along with a dental floss threader. For additional cleaning and freshening, your orthodontist(Kieferorthop√§die M√ľnchen) or dentist may also be able to recommend a mouth rinse or mouthwash that contains ingredients that can protect your teeth against damage and decay.

I generally use natural toothpaste. It doesn't have a bleaching agent which can't harmful for my braces...!!!
