I lost one Invisalign tray - what do I do?

My dentist gives me the tray 3 sets at a time, and tells me to switch them every two weeks. This is the last set before I get the three new sets, so I can't just advance to the next one because I don't have it yet.
I only lost the bottom tray, and I lost it after wearing it for about two days. I tried to wear the bottom tray for the last set (the one I was using a couple of says before) but it really hurt and felt out of place! so i figured, maybe i accidentally mixed it up wit one of the old sets (because no way it would hurt that much after just two days) although i really wouldn't know how they got mixed up.
So should I just wear that aligner, assuming its the right one, so my teeth don't get screwed up during these two weeks, or do I just wear the top aligner and hope the next one will fit?
