Crown with root canal/braces

Hi everyone! I have had damon braces for 1 1/2 years and have been experiencing some pain with a crown that has had a root canal (root canal was done about 15 years ago).

So a little history...the tooth is beside a space that was closed up. I don't bite down all the way on the crowned tooth because there is a space on the bottom row beneath the crown. The pain I have is not consistent, just random. It hurts to push on the tooth during those times.

My question is...is this a root canal failing? Or is it bone pain from things moving?

Thanks!!

I'd consult with the dentist. There might be some issue with it and not just some sensitivity, but it's something only a specialist can assess. Keep us posted ;)
