So many trays for 3rd refinement of Invisalign

On 3/2012 I received my first 60 trays, wore 31 of them.  Then I received 20 trays, wore 12 of them.  Then I received 24 trays, wore 15 of them.  Yesterday, after my 3rd refinement I received 23 trays.  Why so many trays after 3 refinements?  Now I'm looking at 3 years/4 months total time in.

Ouch, my experience with Invisalign wasn't that good either. I actually plan on getting Damon braces next year, to finally do something about my treatment. At least for my complex case, Invisalin was cool, but worthless.

Teeth never move exactly how we expect due to difference in anatomy, etc with braces your doctor should be bending wire, repositioning brackets etc. For more you click here:

That sounds like a large number of trays.  It does sound like your orthodontist is being pro-active in using refinements to make sure you get the result you want.  It's impossible to say why you need so many trays without seeing any diagnostic records or performing a clinical exam. For any questions or requests contactäde München). They will give you advice and practical help.   Good luck!
