Is there a recommended number of hours in a day to wear your Invisalign trays? How many hours?

Well, approximately every two weeks, you will begin wearing a new set of aligners, advancing you to the next stage of your treatment. To monitor your progress, you will also have occasional checkups with your doctor, usually only every six weeks or so. For best results and a timely outcome, you should wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours per day, throughout your entire treatment.

You need to wear Invisalign 22 hours out of 24 hours a day or full time wear is a good way. When you eat and when you brush and floss your teeth you can take the aligners off.

Hi I would recommend that you wear your invisalign trays about 21-22 hours a day and then switch them every 2 weeks. If you are wearing them only 18 hours a day, then I would recommend switching aligner trays every 2 1/2 weeks. Anyhow It's wise to contact your ortho (Kieferorthop√§die M√ľnchen) for more advises.
